About the role
Afresh is the AI platform for grocery (Albertsons, Meijer, Wakefern) with 70% revenue growth in 2025 and 200M+ lbs food waste prevented annually. Staff FDE embeds with customers integrating AI into enterprise grocery data and builds the shared delivery platform. Designs and ships LLM/agent-powered systems (retrieval, agentic workflows, data quality and analytics agents) on messy enterprise data. Hardens field learnings into reusable platform components (knowledge graph, ontology, retrieval, agent frameworks, evals). 5+ years production software; Python/SQL; LLM/agent depth (RAG, tool-use); cloud data platform experience (Databricks, Snowflake, BigQuery). Travel 10-20%. SF hybrid 2 days/week. No visa sponsorship. $168,912-$273,368 + equity.
