Forward Deployed Engineer

Airweave seeks a Founding Forward Deployed Engineer to serve as the bridge between their product and enterprise customers, including one of the world's leading AI labs. Key Responsibilities: Deploy Airweave across varied enterprise environments including on-premises, hybrid cloud, and air-gapped networks. Create custom connectors for customer-specific data sources and workflows. Debug production issues in real-time on customer infrastructure. Translate customer feedback into product improvements with direct engineering access. Own technical relationships from proof-of-concept through production deployment. Develop playbooks and tooling for enterprise implementations. Contribute directly to the Airweave product based on field insights. Travel across Europe for on-site customer work. Required Qualifications: 3+ years of relevant experience. Strong communication skills for technical discussions with customers. Enterprise software deployment experience understanding security reviews and compliance. Generalist skillset in Python, infrastructure, databases, and related technologies. Ability to troubleshoot distributed systems under pressure. Willingness to travel and work on-site with customers. Preferred Qualifications: Data/LLM infrastructure deployment background. Solutions engineering or customer-facing technical leadership experience. Enterprise security knowledge (SOC 2, GDPR, on-premises deployments). Proficiency in French, German, or Dutch. Compensation: 80K to 100K euros annually, 0.25% to 0.75% equity, Amsterdam-based role with in-person collaboration. Interview Process: Three stages - a 30-minute founder call, a two-day paid work trial on-site, then a rapid offer decision typically within 24 hours.
