You will work directly with customers to integrate voice AI models into product features. Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout their lifecycle. Evaluate customer use cases and identify voice AI integration opportunities. Manage a technical customer portfolio with asynchronous communication. Lead commercial and project meetings demonstrating voice AI value. Drive API usage growth across product offerings. Build lasting customer connections for long-term platform success. Function as a customer advocate influencing product roadmap direction. Requirements: 4+ years in technical account management, solutions architecture, or sales engineering. Experience with SQL, Python, React, and web development frameworks. Familiarity with AI/ML tools preferred. Passion for applying AI to real-world customer challenges. Ability to identify integration opportunities and create execution plans. Willingness to wear many hats across engineering, product, and support roles. High energy with strong multitasking and project management skills. Compensation: Salary range $190K-$240K OTE (base compensation $150K-$220K). Location: Remote / San Francisco, CA.
