We offer competitive pay to employees and practical benefits for their whole family.</p> <p>If this sounds interesting to you, read on.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Design, architect, and deploy AI-powered workflow automation solutions</strong> tailored to customer needs using Atomicwork’s platform and modern AI frameworks.</li> <li><strong>Conduct deep requirements discovery</strong> and translate business problems into technical designs and implementation plans.</li> <li><strong>Work hands-on with enterprise customers</strong>, becoming a trusted advisor for ITSM + AI-driven transformation.</li> <li><strong>Implement integrations, automations, APIs, and microservices</strong> to connect Atomicwork within customer environments.</li> <li><strong>Lead deployment cycles from prototype to production</strong>, ensuring reliability, scalability, and measurable outcomes.</li> <li><strong>Train and onboard customer technical teams</strong>, ensuring best-practice configuration and adoption.</li> <li><strong>Build long-term strategic relationships</strong> with customer engineering and operations teams to drive solution success.</li> <li><strong>Work closely with Product and Engineering</strong>, contributing insights from real customer use cases to influence roadmap decisions.
