About the role
Clarion AI agents handle patient scheduling, referrals, and prescription refills with human-like touch for medical staff. FDE builds and ships production code, manages technical implementations end-to-end (scoping to go-live), serves as primary technical POC for customers, monitors and optimizes AI agent performance in production, and drives account expansion. 3+ years shipping production systems with direct customer interaction. Key challenges: AI agent tuning at scale for medical terminology, workflow orchestration across diverse environments, debugging AI in production. $150K-$200K + equity, 100% covered healthcare, in-person NYC. YC/Accel/Sequoia Scout backed.
