About the role
Forward Deployed Engineer at Enigma bridges AI models with customer needs. Responsibilities: deploy and integrate AI technology into customer environments, manage end-to-end deployment lifecycles, design production-ready API integrations and data pipelines, troubleshoot technical issues, serve as primary technical contact for customers, gather feedback for product teams, stay current with ML infrastructure advances. Requirements: BSc/MSc/PhD in CS, ML, AI, or quantitative field; experience building systems interacting with large AI models via APIs; AWS expertise with Azure/GCP exposure; Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD; strong communication across technical and business teams. Mid-senior level, hybrid SF. Stack: Python, AWS, Docker, Kubernetes.
