Forward Deployed Engineer

You will work remotely with client teams to map manual operations, build the data plumbing that connects frontier AI to their existing systems, and ship agentic workflows that create measurable business impact. This is a hands-on engineering role with direct client exposure. You should be comfortable working async, joining client calls, writing clearly, and turning ambiguous operational problems into production systems. What you will do: Architect and ship robust pipelines, middleware, and APIs that securely connect frontier LLMs to clients' existing systems including ERPs, CRMs, document stores, and internal databases. Build production-ready multi-agent systems capable of executing complex, multi-step business logic. Own the full lifecycle from design and implementation to monitoring and iteration. Understand how work actually gets done, then re-engineer fragmented, human-heavy processes into reliable AI-driven workflows. Design high-performance RAG systems and vector database architectures that ground AI agents in proprietary client knowledge at enterprise scale. Required qualifications: Expert-level TypeScript and 3+ years shipping production systems. Experience building agentic workflows, tool-use systems, or multi-agent orchestration in production. Strong grasp of database design, REST/GraphQL APIs, ETL pipelines, and vector databases. Strong written communication and comfort working directly with clients in a remote environment.
