Forward Deployed Engineer

H Company is a next-generation AI research and product company pioneering the future of autonomous, agentic AI. The Forward Deployed Team ensures successful implementation of AI Agents to help customers automate and optimize tasks. Key Responsibilities: Understand and identify customer's most important multi-step tasks to automate. Seamlessly integrate with customer systems including databases, third-party APIs, and internal tools. Rapidly iterate in the field with tight feedback loops to continuously improve product fit. Architect, build, and maintain production-grade services that scale with usage and complexity. Collaborate closely with product, research, and engineering teams to shape the roadmap. Requirements: 3+ years of professional software engineering experience in fast-paced environments (startups, consulting, or product teams). Experience working with AI/ML systems, especially integrating LLMs or agentic workflows into real products. Fluency in at least one backend language (Python, Go, Node.js, Java). Familiarity with frontend frameworks (React, Vue). Experience building and deploying production systems — APIs, services, infrastructure, data pipelines. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in ambiguous, customer-facing environments. Bias for action — able to ship quickly, iterate fast, and own the full lifecycle.
