Forward Deployed Engineer

As our founding forward deployed engineer, your mission is to set our customers up for success and advance what's possible with AI agents. Hyperspell is the Memory & Context Layer for AI Agents — giving AI agents real-world context by connecting to workspace data and building a personalized memory and context layer. Backed by Y Combinator, Afore Capital, Scribble Ventures, and Pioneer Fund. You'll tackle challenges like: Evolving the world's first self-integrating SDK. Owning customer relationships — you'll be the face of the company to many customers, responding to feature requests and bug reports. Customer deep-dives: embedding with customers to understand their business, data, and users. Full-stack feature ownership: building new integrations, API endpoints, dashboard features, and analytics tools end-to-end. Shaping the product: translating customer pain points into product direction. In the first 30 days, you'll take over new accounts and own onboarding customers to Hyperspell. In 60 days, you'll ship internal tools and dashboards and deploy custom AI agents. In 90 days, you'll own larger projects that touch all parts of the stack. Requirements: 3+ years of experience in product engineering. Fluency in Python and TypeScript. Clarity of thought, excellent communication. Ability to work on location in San Francisco. Compensation: $150-220k base salary, 0.5-1.5% equity, $10,000 work setup budget, health/dental/vision.
