About the role
Forward Deployed Engineers embed with customers to understand their workflows, identify problems collaboratively, and build production systems using Luma's APIs and models. End-to-end ownership from initial customer conversations through deployed, maintained systems. Key Responsibilities: work directly with customers on workflow optimization; build and maintain production systems on Luma's platform; own projects completely, identifying patterns suitable for productization; prototype and support systems in real-world environments. Requirements: 2+ years professional software engineering; strong proficiency in Python, TypeScript, or Go; ability to travel to client sites; full-stack capability and rapid learning. $900M Series C, SF.
