About the role
Neara builds physics-enabled digital twins of electricity grids to help utilities stress-test infrastructure against hurricanes and extreme weather -- operating across 4 continents. FDE is the technical expert for strategic enterprise customers: designs and builds custom solutions using Neara SDK and APIs, develops TypeScript/JavaScript custom features (visualizations, calculations, UI automation), builds integrations with enterprise systems via APIs, leads SDK/API training workshops. TypeScript, JavaScript, Java, Python experience required; REST API integration expertise essential. $130K-$200K + significant equity. Also hiring in Portland, NYC, Denver, Houston.
