Role Overview: The Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) is the most technically complete role at Oscilar. You sit at the intersection of customer success, platform expertise, and agentic AI deployment. From the first technical conversation with a prospective customer to live production and ongoing expansion, you own the full technical relationship. This is not a support role, and it is not a sales role. It is an engineering solutions oriented role with deep customer proximity. You will be embedded with Oscilar's most strategic customers, designing agentic risk systems, driving implementations, and serving as the field intelligence that shapes what Oscilar builds next. You operate with the ownership and judgment of a startup CTO — applied to some of the most relevant and consequential decisioning problems in financial services. What You’ll Do: TECHNICAL PRE-SALES - Lead technical discovery with prospective customers, uncovering integration requirements, data architecture constraints, and risk decisioning objectives across onboarding, fraud, credit, and compliance use cases.
