Forward Deployed Engineer

Peakflo seeks a Forward Deployed Engineer to bridge AI technology with real-world financial workflows, developing and implementing agentic machine learning solutions. Key Responsibilities: Voice AI & Prompt Engineering - Design conversational flows optimized for voice-only interactions; implement LLM feedback loops to detect hallucinations and improve prompts; integrate prompts with speech recognition and telephony APIs. Agentic Architecture & LLMs - Build hierarchical workflows coordinating multiple sub-agents; optimize AI Finance Employee performance using leading LLMs (Gemini, GPT, Claude); integrate RAG with enterprise knowledge bases to prevent hallucinations; architect systems with third-party tools and chat interfaces. Data Analytics & Workflow Automation - Analyze business processes and identify improvement opportunities; automate workflows and reporting using Python and SQL; build dashboards and data monitoring frameworks; collaborate with product and engineering teams. Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, ML, Data Science, or Computer Science; 0.5-2 years industry experience with Machine Learning and NLP; fluent English (written and verbal). Technical Skills: Strong Python proficiency (backend development focus); cloud platform familiarity (Google Cloud preferred); production ML model deployment experience; desired LLM orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex), NLP techniques, Git/version control. Soft Skills: excellent communication abilities; passion for AI's business transformation potential.
