Forward Deployed Engineer

THE OPPORTUNITY As our founding Forward Deployed Engineer at Reducto, you’ll be at the front lines with our customers—deploying and tuning our systems in real-world environments. You’ll bridge the gap between our core product and the unique, complex needs of our enterprise customers. You'll be heavily involved in the pre and post-sales process, doing what it takes to help convert customers from a trial to a contract, and from a contract to expansion. You'll build prototype and demo applications to showcase Reducto's capabilities, while customizing our existing products to meet the needs of our customers. Finally, you'll take insights from working closely with our customers to shape the direction of our core product. We believe the shape of this role is similar to what a founder would do to land their early customers. THE CORE WORK WILL INCLUDE: - Building whatever is necessary to drive customer value -- whether that is an eval application, a customized agent, or modifications to an existing product surface. - Collaborating hand-in-hand with Sales and Customer Success to land prospects and enable customers. - Building close relationships with our customers and knowing the key stakeholders, particularly technical ones.
