Forward Deployed Engineer

Reform seeks a Forward Deployed Engineer to embed with customers, understand technical challenges, and implement solutions on their AI-first supply chain platform. Key Responsibilities: Manage complete project lifecycles from architecture through deployment and optimization. Partner with customer executives to translate business needs into technical strategies. Become a power user of Reform's platform, designing and building integrations and features. Collaborate with product, engineering, and sales teams to inform product strategy. Provide hands-on support ensuring product reliability. Required Qualifications: Interest in logistics or willingness to learn the domain. Exceptional communication skills for B2B relationships. Strong technical background in customer-facing engineering roles. Code proficiency in Python, Node, and Next JS with data-driven architecture understanding. Ability to solve complex technical challenges in fast-paced environments. Experience with client engagements or rapid prototyping preferred. Compensation & Details: Salary $125K - $175K. Equity 0.30% - 0.70%. Location: San Francisco, CA. Visa: US citizen/visa holders only. Employment: Full-time.
