Forward Deployed Engineer

As an AI Forward Deployed Engineer at Regal, you own each customer's onboarding journey and bring Voice AI Agents to life in production. You'll take clients from contract signature to a fully functional AI Agent in their contact center in under two weeks. Work hands-on with APIs, webhooks, and databases to integrate Regal into customer systems ensuring data flows smoothly. Collaborate with customers to understand goals and success criteria, then translate insights into a measurable deployment plan. The role blends technical depth with product thinking, treating each deployment like a well-scoped MVP. Hybrid NYC (NoMad HQ, Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday required in-office). Travel: approximately one week per month to customer sites.
