About the role
Rely Health provides AI-driven patient care navigation across diverse US communities using AI, multi-channel communication, and real-time data analytics. FDE (navigator-based) builds and operates operational workflows (routing, task creation, campaigns, automation), builds and maintains AI agent workflows with tool use and guardrails, and builds automated voice/messaging agents for patients. Uses AI-assisted and low-code tooling -- not traditional backend production engineering. 1-2 years engineering experience; demonstrated Claude Code experience required; comfort with evolving AI tool landscape; HIPAA-compliant environment. $100K-$120K + benefits.
