About the role
Sweep360 builds the cyber-physical defense layer for sports, music, and live production environments including F1 paddocks, Olympic delegations, and arena tours. As the founding Forward Deployed Engineer, you embed in elite live events globally, identify and neutralize real-world cyber-physical threats on-site, deploy countermeasures in real time, and capture threat patterns to improve the platform. You work at the intersection of engineering, product, and operations, engaging directly with security directors and league officials. Requires 2-5 years in cyber-physical risk environments (Wi-Fi, BLE, IoT, embedded systems). Tools: SDRs, packet capture, RF survey equipment. 40-50% global travel. $150K–$180K + equity.
