About the role
Forward Deployed Engineer (Ops) at Taktile. Taktile's Agentic Decision Platform enables financial institutions to combine AI agents, rules, relevant context, and human oversight to safely automate decisions. Powers millions of decisions daily for Mercury, Monzo, Faire, Pleo, and others. Role: lead complex AI-driven deployments in production, own technical delivery from scoping Agentic AI use cases to stable production. Responsibilities: design solution architectures, develop decision logic, deploy production-grade Generative AI agents, align with customer stakeholders. Requirements: Python and SQL proficiency; strong REST API understanding; 3+ years engineering with customer-facing work; passion for tech and AI. Berlin or London, Series A.
