You're not in love with a specific solution or technology, but rather delivering value to users. At Tandem, Forward Deployed Engineers are the ones who bridge the gap between the product demo and real clinicians delivering better more efficient care. You’ll take on whatever stands in the way of our product’s real-world impact, debugging integrations, tweaking deployments, writing code to fill the gaps, and making sure everything runs smoothly in our customers’ environments. The learnings and abstractions you build along the way will set the foundation for the next generation of the product offering. Making things work for real is often messy & painful - but that’s what makes it fun! The prestige comes from happy customers not using the latest shiny dev tool.
