Forward Deployed Engineer

Tavus is a Series B AI video/human simulation company (Sequoia, YC) building digital humans with real-time interaction. Forward Deployed Engineer bridges customers and engineering — turns real-world challenges into product improvements. Responsibilities: work directly with customers to debug integrations, build POCs, design solutions; build prototypes, SDKs, sample apps, and tools to improve developer experience; collect feedback and translate into product/engineering improvements; partner on early feature adoption testing pre-release features. 30-40% of time with customers debugging integrations; rest building platform enhancements.
