About the role
Tread is an AI-native vertical SaaS platform transforming construction materials logistics for haulers, producers, and contractors. As AI Native Forward Deployed Engineer, you lead technical customer implementations (API integrations, data mapping, workflow config), debug field issues same-day, contribute directly to the codebase based on customer insights, build integration documentation, and drive expansion through technical depth. Success metrics: visit 3+ customer sites in 90 days, ship 2+ customer-driven product improvements, own new customer implementations end-to-end. Tech: Ruby/Rails, Python, React, JavaScript, GraphQL. $120K–$160K. San Francisco.
