Forward Deployed Engineer

We are turning CIOs back into strategic builders and ensuring IT infrastructure can finally transform at the speed of AI. We are looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer to sit at the intersection of our product, engineering, and customer-facing teams. This is a role for someone who is as comfortable in a customer conversation as they are in a codebase. At Turgon, our AI agents handle the heavy lifting – but great enterprise software still requires a human who deeply understands the customer's world, can bridge the gap when automation hits its limits, and can translate messy real-world requirements into clean technical solutions. You will be the person customers trust, the person our delivery leads rely on, and the person our product team turns to when they need ground-truth signals from the field. Responsibilities: Build and Deliver – own the last-mile execution of customer deployments, configuring, coding, customizing, and troubleshooting AI solutions to ensure they work reliably in the customer's specific environment, data landscape, and workflows. Human-in-the-Loop Operations – serve as the intelligent backstop when AI agents require human judgment, review, or escalation, and identify patterns to feed back to product and engineering.
